How far in advance should I book a trip to ensure best availability?
Our best advice is to decide on your preferred trip and confirm the dates as soon as possible. If you are travelling during high season, the golf courses can have significant demand and sooner we are able to submit your groups request for tee times and similarly to the hotels, the likelihood of securing your exact, preferred schedule is enhanced.

What is the minimum length of a Gregan Chauffeur Ireland golf tour?
Golf tours can be designed for large or small parties. If you require a chauffeur vehicle for one day or one week we can cater to your needs.

Are golf carts available?
They are available at certain golf courses and we will provide this information to you with regards the course you choose to play. Motorised carts are only available at some courses and are not generally available at links courses. Pull carts are available at most courses.

How do I reserve a caddie and what is the cost?
When booking your golf tour with Gregan Chauffeur Ireland you can book a caddie but unfortunately we can not guarantee them. The cost of a caddie is usually around €50.

What kind of transportation does Gregan chauffeur Ireland supply?
Gregan Chauffeur Ireland fleet are especially suitable to golfing with special attention to the unique needs of the golfer. When organising a chauffeur vehicle we take into consideration the amount of passengers, luggage and their golf clubs, therefore ensuring maximum comfort at all times.

What is the dress code for golf courses and restaurants?
The majority of courses in Ireland require soft spikes. Tailored shorts are permitted on the course but must be worn with knee-high socks. Jeans & T-shirts are not permitted. Smart casual clothes are acceptable around the clubhouse area, however some clubs require a jacket & tie to be worn but not many.

Do we need handicap certificates?
The handicap limit at most courses is 36 for ladies and 24 for men. We recommend that all golfers carry a current certificate in case the starter at a course requests it.
